GUIDED WALKING BREAKS 2011


Throughout the summer we offer guided breaks in the Cotswolds, featuring good hotels in some of the most beautiful villages. Each break consists of two nights accommodation with two breakfasts and one dinner and two days of guided walks.The villages we are featuring this year are Lower Slaughter and Broadway. In Lower Slaughter you will stay in the 3 star Washbourne Court Hotel (www.washbournecourt.co.uk), a 17th century building standing in four acres of beautiful grounds alongside the River Eye in the centre of Lower Slaughter. And noted for excellent food!
In Broadway the sixteenth century 3 star Broadway Hotel (www.cotswold-inns-hotels.co.uk/property/the_broadway_hotel) overlook the picturesque green. A striking building of half stone and half timber, an inside door bears the date 1575. From 1772, the building has looked much as it does to this day.
The price is £220 per person based on two people sharing.

Programme:
Day 1 (Sunday): arrive at hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Introductory walk from hotel with local guide. Return to hotel for overnight
Day 3: A second walk arriving back at hotel for afternoon departure
