We are taking the recent Covid-19 outbreak extremely seriously and the welfare of our clients is, and will remain, our top priority.

We understand that the level of uncertainty involved causes a great deal of stress and anxiety. We hope you will find it reassuring that we have relaxed our original cancellation and postponement terms to provide some more leeway to our clients during this unprecedented situation, especially those with a tour start date up to and including the 31st of July 2020. We will continue to review the status of holidays and will contact our clients on an individual basis 6 weeks before their tour starts to discuss available options.

On the 23rd of March 2020, the UK Government implemented restrictions and set out rules of social distancing, as part of the efforts to slow the spread of coronavirus. The Government also instructed certain businesses and venues (e.g. restaurants, cafés, pubs, hotels and B&B’s) to close.

In an announcement on the 10th of May 2020, the Prime Minister confirmed the decision to relax some of the restrictions in England, and revealed a plan to further ease lockdown restrictions in the coming months, if scientific evidence shows it is possible to do so.

We will continue to follow official advice from the UK Government, and all our clients will be contacted on an individual basis, 6 weeks before their tour starts to discuss available options.
